In order to use the Winter-Cup you need to sign up at Bike-Community.net and log in:
Cycling: 1 point per 15 minutes session. 1 hour = 4 points. (only cross country skiing gets the same amount of points in order to give participants from snowy areas an equal opportunity)
Jogging/running: 1 point per 20 minutes session. 1 hour = 3 points.
Alternative types of sport (swimming, soccer, tennis and so on): 30 minutes minimum = 2 Points (which is also the limit!)
Up to five participants can form a team. You can only be member in one team. Teams must be set up until 2006/12/31 midnight - no changes afterwards.
You can modify an entry only once and only within 24 hrs after the entry.
